Freedom Series
Financial Freedom – Our resident financial expert, Dorri C. Scott MBA helps you discover ways to budget your money and plan for the future without having to give up your morning latte, favorite pair of shoes or bi-weekly hair appointment. This is the perfect seminar for women who are looking to break free from the vicious cycle of living check to check.
Free Your Mind (Body & Spirit) – Shawna Renee shows you how to relieve stress and anxiety by introducing the principles of acceptance and gratitude. This workshop also includes lessons in simple breathing techniques and gentle yoga stretches that can relieve the body and mind of unnecessary pain and tension. This is the perfect workshop for women (and men) who are looking for a more holistic approach to stress relief.
Free Your Heart – Broken Hearted again? Still looking for Mr. Right? Finding the perfect man and building a strong relationship can seem almost impossible, especially when it seems all the good ones are taken. Learn how to attract true love into your life by shifting your focus from “him” to “you”. Shawna Renee moderates this open discussion in which everyone is encouraged to participate.
Yoga:
Sista Stretch – This is a continuation of the Free Your Mind workshop. Sista Stretch is a gentle yoga class for beginners. The movements, which are done to a rhythmic mix of neo-soul, jazz and African music, are designed to encourage deep relaxation and bring about inner peace. This workshop can be presented as a 4-6 week series.
For the Brothers:
What Women Want: This one is for the brother who is ready to settle down but can’t seem to find the right sista’ to love. This open workshop, presented by Shawna Renee, is designed to promote a deeper understanding of women and the challenges of modern relationships. The only requirement is that all egos be left at the door and everyone come prepared to discover how by letting go of your insecurities and biases you can become the King you were born to be.
